Description: Key Responsibilities:
• Identify learning needs, plan and design programs to enhance staff competency in different levels and job roles
• Propose and formulate professional skill development programs and materials according to business needs
• Take a key role in the selection and management of external training vendors and monitor the performance
• Communicate with overseas offices on latest corporate learning initiatives, programs and to provide necessary support
• Recommend innovative learning and development solutions to develop talents in the organization
• Lead knowledge sharing sessions to share best practices
• Lead or participate in ad hoc projects
Requirements:
• A minimum of 6 years’ solid relevant learning and development experience, exposure in MNC is preferable, with at least 3 years program design and delivery experience
• Strong internal consulting skills, including conducting needs analysis, planning, implementing and measuring results
• Superior platform delivery, group facilitation and coaching skills, preferably with exposure to multiple learning technologies
• Experience in leadership and management development work is a plus
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills
• Mature, tactful, organized, dynamic, open-minded and attentive to details
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good command of written and spoken English
